A twilight session, led by Catherine Hobbs, Diocesan Director of Education, on the distinctiveness of Catholic schools.

This day is split into two sessions.  The morning is aimed at those in our primary schools who will be responsible for introducing the new Relationships Education.  It will be lead by TenTen Theatre who will be introducing their scheme which will deliver this new subject through a bespoke Catholic approach.

The afternoon will be led by Edmund Adamus, and is aimed primarily at those who will be leading on Relationships Education/Relationships and Sex Education in our primary and secondary schools.

This session is part of a whole day on the introduction of Relationships Education (Primary) and Relationships and Sex Education (Secondary).   The morning is being led by TenTen Theatre who were commissioned to develop a bespoke scheme of work for Relationships Education for use in Catholic primary schools.

This afternoon session will be led by Edmund Adamus, Diocesan Schools Commissioner and Professional Adviser to the Episcopal Vicar for Education, will be updating delegates on the proposed introduction of RelEd/RSE.  This session will be useful for staff from both primary and secondary who will be responsible for implementing the new RelEd or RSE programmes.
